Strategic Direction for Land Boundaries, DPTI

Intermethod assisted the strategic team of the Land Boundaries division within DPTI to review their strategic direction, set the vision and diagnose issues relating to change management processes.

Key tasks delivered by Intermethod included:

 

• developing, facilitating and analysing a problem diagnostic survey
• devising and facilitating a strategic workshop for the leadership team
• brainstorming and crafting a mission statement
• establishing measures of success
• establishing future strategic directions for Land Boundaries
• establishing priority improvements for Land Boundaries and the quick wins
• developing a summary paper that documents key directions and recommendations.

 

Outcomes from the analysis and direction setting facilitated by Intermethod was used by Land Boundaries to reposition its activities for success.v
