Key tasks delivered by Intermethod included:
• developing scope for the flexible working pilot, including terms of reference and measures of success
• reviewing internal process, procedures and internal culture, and identifying barriers to providing flexible working arrangements
• establishing an internal working group and facilitating meetings
• supporting individual staff members in flexible working trials in metro and regional locations
• establishing and addressing IT and computing needs
reviewing and establishing reporting and communications processes to suit work flexibility developing and trialling new co-location office arrangements at the City of Onkaparinga.
After this project, the Office of the Valuer-General established robust flexible working arrangements, which could be used by all staff. This project was recognised to be one of the first of its kind in SA State Government, attracting interest from other departments.
